Danny Howell is the Founder of Howell Financial Group and a seasoned Financial Professional who helps individuals, families, and business owners make confident, well-informed financial decisions. With a focus on clarity and customization, Danny simplifies complex topics like insurance and investments—turning them into practical tools for achieving long-term goals.
After earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Economics from Southern Methodist University (SMU), Danny began his career with New York Life and went on to earn the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®) designation. He is a life and qualifying member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) and was recognized with Top of the Table honors from 2010 to 2020—one of the highest distinctions in the industry.* Danny is also an active member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) and the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU).
Danny founded Howell Financial Group to create a firm that puts people first—offering personalized financial strategies for families and small to mid-sized businesses across all stages of life.
Outside of the office, Danny enjoys spending time with his wife, Gina, and their three children—Arden, Jake, and Grant. His favorite way to unwind is by hunting and fishing with family and friends.

Upon starting his career with Howell Financial Group, Sam wanted to work with clients on a personal basis and be face-to-face with people. He knew he wanted to be helping clients, and the personal aspect of working at Howell Financial Group is one of the things he enjoys most. Sam specializes in working with individuals and small to medium size businesses to create solutions to financial strategies and employee benefit packages.
Sam holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and economics, and has been working for Howell Financial Group since the completion of his degree. Sam is a member of the National Association of Financial and Insurance Advisors (NAIFA). He has extensive knowledge with both group and individual insurance coverage, and has the capability to build solutions for a wide variety of clients.
On any given Saturday, you can typically find Sam with his family rooting for the Baylor Bears in whatever sport may be in season.
Jake is a Financial Planner with Howell Financial Group, where he helps clients make smart, values-driven financial decisions for every stage of life. He works closely with individuals, families, and business owners to create strategies that align with their goals—whether that’s planning for retirement, protecting what matters most, or building long-term wealth.
In his first two full years as an advisor, Jake qualified for New York Life’s Executive Council* twice (2023-2024) and became a two-time Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) qualifier**—recognition reserved for top-performing professionals in the financial services industry. He also passed the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ exam in 2023, demonstrating his commitment to delivering trusted and comprehensive financial guidance.
Jake is a proud graduate of the University of Missouri, where he earned his degree in Marketing and Economics. He lives in the Dallas area with his wife and young son. When he’s not working, he enjoys spending time with family, catching a Texas Rangers game, and finding new ways to keep learning and growing—in both life and business.

Sadie is the Office Manager at Howell Financial Group, where she plays a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly. She helps coordinate the two core areas of the business—employee benefits and individual services—ensuring clear communication, organized workflows, and a seamless experience for both clients and team members.
With a sharp eye for detail and a talent for multitasking, Sadie supports both sides of the business so that our financial professionals can stay focused on serving clients. Her friendly presence and behind-the-scenes leadership make her an essential part of the Howell Financial Group team.
Grant is a Financial Professional and Registered Representative with Howell Financial Group, where he works closely with individuals, families, and business owners to develop tailored financial strategies that align with their goals and values. With a practical, client-focused approach, he helps people make informed decisions around building, protecting, and preserving wealth.
Grant serves clients in both the Dallas and Denver markets and brings a strong foundation in accounting to his work, along with a competitive edge shaped by his background in athletics. He earned his degree in Business from Wheaton College, where he was also a member of the varsity baseball team.
Whether he’s working with young professionals, growing families, or established business owners, Grant is known for his thoughtful strategies, clear communication, and commitment to doing what’s right for each client. Outside the office, he enjoys staying active, spending time with family, and staying connected to the communities he serves.
Christi is a Financial Professional and Registered Representative with Howell Financial Group. She works with individuals, families, and business owners to help them feel more confident about their financial decisions and the steps they’re taking toward their goals. Christi takes pride in building strong, lasting relationships and making conversations around money approachable and easy to understand.
She brings a thoughtful and caring presence to every interaction, with a focus on listening well and offering support that fits each client’s unique needs and circumstances.
Christi is a proud Texas A&M graduate and lives in Abilene with her husband, who serves as a pilot in the U.S. Air Force. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with their new dog, connecting with friends from church, and being involved in her local community.
Ryan helps business owners and their employees understand their benefits. He graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a degree in Exercise Science, and was a part of the baseball team. Before joining HFG, he was a New York Life agent. Through this experience, Ryan developed a passion for assisting people in reaching their financial goals.
Outside of the office, Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife, Avery, and daughter, Chandler Gray. Ryan also likes to travel, serve at church, and compete at just about any sport.
Adam helps service and coordinate employee benefits for employers and employees. Along with a bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University, Adam has gained experience in both customer service and accounting. He has a strong commitment to his clients and a desire to streamline resolution of any service requests or concerns.
Outside of Howell Financial Group, Adam is a proud husband and dad. He loves pickup basketball, going on runs and is always in the mood for a good cup of coffee. As a former member of the Corps of Cadets and Fightin’ Texas Aggie Band, you can usually find Adam yelling for the Aggies!
Erica is the Insurance Project Manager at Howell Financial Group, overseeing all underwriting and policy service operations within the individual solutions department. She plays a vital role in ensuring a smooth, efficient experience for clients—whether they’re applying for new life, disability, or long-term care insurance policies, or making updates to existing coverage.
With a sharp eye for detail and a client-first mindset, Erica manages every step of the insurance process, from initial application through final approval and beyond. She serves as the key point of contact for clients during underwriting and is dedicated to keeping them informed, supported, and confident along the way.

Treta is a Project Manager at Howell Financial Group, where she oversees the day-to-day coordination and support for investments, annuities, Medicare, and individual health insurance. She works closely with both clients and financial professionals to ensure a smooth, informed process—from initial paperwork through ongoing service and support.
Known for her organization and reliability, Treta helps simplify complex processes and keeps clients updated every step of the way. Whether someone is opening an account, enrolling in coverage, or navigating a service request, Treta ensures nothing falls through the cracks.

Parker leads the service and implementation process for new and existing retirement plans. He works closely with plan sponsors and internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and provides ongoing support to keep retirement plans running efficiently and effectively.
Parker brings a detail-oriented approach and a strong commitment to service in every interaction. He has passed the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam and continues to build on his knowledge to better support clients and colleagues alike.
Originally from Dallas, Parker graduated from High Point University in North Carolina. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with friends and family and staying connected to the local community.
